Schoedinger Funeral and Cremation Service has an excellent opportunity available for a Location Manager in Circleville, Ohio. This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Circleville location and should be adept at building community relations. As a Location Manager, this candidate is expected to direct and lead all Funeral Home personnel and ensure that the facility and equipment are maintained in a superior manner. • Select, train and motivate location staff to assure that they create and maintain a premier level of client family satisfaction • Maintain a motivated and dedicated staff with the skills necessary to service client family needs • Ensure visitations and services are conducted in a manner that exceed the expectations of our client families and friends • Achieve the location’s financial and community involvement objectives • Develop staff members to adhere to location goals, policies and procedures • Serve as a mentor and coach to associates in addition to promoting teamwork among the staff members • Maintain state licenses for Funeral Director and Embalmer Since 1855 Schoedinger has established an outstanding reputation emulating over 160 years of grace and dignity while serving thousands of families among 14 locations throughout Central Ohio.
