Notification of Death - John H. Heiby

OFDA received word this afternoon that John H. Heiby, a licensed funeral director and embalmer for over 50 years and the former owner of Heiby Memorial Home, Chillicothe, died January 29, 2006. He is survived by his wife, Virginia Sutton Heiby; daughters, Cheryl (Gregory) Sulzer and Deborah L. Heiby; and granddaughters, Colleen and Erin Sulzer and Katherine Jones all of Phoenix, Arizonia; brother, David Heiby of Columbus, Ohio.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 East Flower Street, Phoenix, Arizonia 85014.

Hadley Funeral Home Reno Chapel is in charge of cremation arrangements in Phoenix and a Memorial Service will be held at a later date in February.
