Notification of Death - Fred Nicholls

OFDA received word this afternoon that Fred Nicholls, age 79, died May 31, 2007. Mr. Nicholls was a dedicated funeral directors and embalmer in the greater Cincinnati area for many years. He was also an embalming instructor at the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science from 1961-1971.

Mr. Nicholls was the beloved husband of the late Dorothy (Woods) Nicholls; father of Gregory Scott Nicholls; grandfather of three grandchildren and his devoted caretaker and friend Linda Norton.

No visitation will be held. Memorial service will be held at Neidhard - Minges Funeral Home, 3155 Harrison Avenue, Cincinnati, 513-661-3022. Details are being finalized and will be available next week.
