Scott A. Kacirek Sr.

OFDA received word this morning that Scott A. Kacirek Sr., 54, has died. Mr. Kacirek was the brother of Mark Kacirek of the Kacirek Funeral Home, North Olmsted.

Scott was the past owner of Kacirek Marathon in Elyria and N. Olmsted; Service Fleet Manager John Lance Ford; Fleet Service Manager Serpentini Chevrolet; Past President and member of the Westlake Auxiliary Police Department. Scott's family would like to thank everyone who supported and prayed for him over the past year.

Mr. Kacirek was the beloved husband of 30 years to Marsha L. (nee Elias); loving father of Scott A. Jr. (Chrissy) and Tara L. (fiance Matt Hendricks); loving son of the late Robert L. and Henrietta Kacirek; loving son-in-law of Patricia and the late Edward Elias; dear brother of Robert L. and Mark L. (Liz); loving nephew of Dorothy Wise; loving brother-in-law, uncle and friend to many.

Funeral Mass Thursday, June 26, 2008 at 10:00 AM at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 410 Lear Road, Avon Lake. (PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH). Friends may call at the Kacirek Funeral Home, 29150 Lorain Road (at Stearns Road), N. Olmsted, Wednesday 1:00-4:00 and 6:00-9:00 PM.
