Hilton Columbus at Easton is the OFDA convention headquarters. First class accommodations are available at the AAA 4-Diamond Hotel that offers many extras including Herb n’ Kitchen, swimming pool, expanded fitness center, technology for the business traveler, and the Easton Social (lobby bar). Reservations:
OFDA had arranged a limited number of rooms at the Hilton Columbus at Easton (3900 Chagrin Drive, Columbus, OH 43219) at a special group rate. The deadline for booking at this rate was Monday, April 1, 2024. Please click HERE for more hotel reservation information at the Hilton at Easton.
Should you like to be added to the OFDA waiting list, please contact Amy Baucher at the OFDA office.
If you need to cancel your hotel reservation at the Hilton, please contact Amy Baucher at the OFDA office prior to canceling, allowing OFDA to assist someone on the waiting list.
Reminders:
- Individuals canceling reservations must do so by 4:00 PM, 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival date or it will result in a charge of one-night's room and tax to to the individual's credit card on file.
- Check-in is at 4:00 PM/Check-out is at 12:00 PM (Noon).
- Late check-outs are handled on a case-by-case basis and should be directed through the Hilton Front Office.
