CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by May 20, 2022. A refund of the full conference fee paid, minus a $25 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date.

No refunds will be granted for requests received after May 20, 2022.

Submit all cancellation requests via email using the subject line OFDA Registration Cancellation to info@ofdaonline.org. OFDA regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. Badge sharing or utilization of prior year(s) badge is strictly prohibited.
