Registration Fees & Sponsorship Opportunity:
- Ohio Law prohibits OFDA PAC to accept corporate checks or credit cards for this event.
- Only individuals, sole proprietors, LLCs, and partnerships may contribute to OFDA PAC
- Contributions to OFDA PAC are strictly voluntary and not a prerequisite for membership in OFDA
- Contributions are not deductible as charitable contributions for state or federal income tax purposes

Registration:
Open to ALL! Four-person squad or single registrants are welcomed!
- $150 per registrant/shooter
- Guns available for rent through venue. Advance reservation required.

Established in 1991, Mad River Sportsman's Club has developed into one of the Premier Sporting Clays and Hunting Clubs in the Midwest. Mad River takes pride in its neat and clean appearance, with a professional, yet warm greeting to all its members. Mad River consists of 300 acres of rolling hills near the highest point in Ohio, two miles east of Bellefontaine.
