Venue/Hotel
Hilton Columbus at Easton is the OFDA convention headquarters. First class accommodations are available at the AAA 4-Diamond Hotel that offers many extras including Herb n’ Kitchen, swimming pool, expanded fitness center, technology for the business traveler, and the Easton Social (lobby bar). A room block has been secured at the Hilton Columbus at Easton (3900 Chagrin Drive, Columbus, OH 43219). The OFDA group rate is $198 plus tax. Reservations must be made by Monday, April 1st by 5:00 PM to secure group rate. Hotel accommodations can be booked online through the link below or by calling the Hilton at (614) 414-5000.
If making reservation by telephone, provide the Group Code: OFD to the Central Reservations Team.
Reservation Reminders:
- Individuals canceling reservations must do so by 4:00 PM, 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival date or it will result in a charge of one-night's room and tax to to the individual's credit card on file.
- Check-in is at 4:00 PM/Check-out is at 12:00 PM (Noon).
- Late check-outs are handled on a case-by-case basis and should be directed through the Hilton Front Office.
Sponsors
Companies that commit to and pay for a by January 20, 2024 will have corresponding points applied to their total points for booth assignment purposes and will be included in all 2024 marketing materials. Sponsorship does not include the cost of a booth at convention.
